Hello, my name is Mateo!

I'm an aspiring animator and artist, looking for a career in the field of animating, illustration, and a storyboard artist! I graduated from San Jose State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. I'm a resident of the Bay Area, living here for 25 years! Aside from drawing, some of my other hobbies are playing games, and working on honing my skills with coding! During my time at SJSU, I was introduced to the concept of coding and tested out working with HTML, CSS, Java, JSON, and more! While I am looking for an artistic career as previously mentioned, I want to take coding as a backup to learn more about programming and website making. I took this class to familiarize myself with learning coding once more, and will hopefully follow up these next years honing my skills and making work with my knowledge!
